Hello everyone!
I hope you're enjoying the weekend and the lovely weather we have today. Thank you for those families who were able to attend Mass this morning, the preps did a wonderful job with singing the hymn 'These Hands' by Andrew Chin. This Wednesday morning we have our incursion with Andrew Chin, and then we have our family evening concert & sausage sizzle @ 5.30 pm. I hope to see you there!
The children's portfolio of work will be handed to you at tomorrow's meeting. I have informed the children about my absence for the first 2.5 weeks of Term 3, and that Mrs. S (who they've met before) will be in the classroom until I come back.
Please continue accessing the Literacy and Numeracy videos over the holidays, as it's great for the children to hear the strategies within the videos. Also, please continue with your child reading everyday during the holidays!

Hello everyone!
I hope you're all doing well. I cannot believe that it is already week 10! Only two more weeks to go until school holidays. I thought I would let you know that I will be away on holidays for the first 2.5 weeks of Term 3. As most of you know I got married at the start of the year :) and my husband and I are going to Europe for our honeymoon! I will let the children know about this during the week.
Tomorrow we have the RACV Street scene incursion! Nicole and I will be at school doing some important jobs, but will not be in the classroom teaching. Parent Teacher interviews will occur on the 22nd of June. If you haven't yet logged onto Care Monkey then please do, and input your preferred interview time through the Care Monkey app/website.
Also, this Sunday we have our Parish Mass at St Augustine's! It will be great to see you there, at 9.30 am.

Hello everyone!
I hope you're enjoying the long weekend so far, and that you were able to have somewhat of a sleep in! The children really enjoyed the Responsible Pet Ownership program on Thursday. They asked lots of questions, and were able to recall the steps to take when encountering a dog during our classroom activities. Thank you for bringing your children in their team colours on Friday. It was great to see the creativity in the children's outfits! They thoroughly enjoyed the sustainability themed activities during the day!
I have added some extra videos to the Numeracy and Literacy resources. Please continue accessing these! It's great to hear the children picking up on the strategies within the videos.
